Juan José Cintora
Before joining Aguila in 2013 as a Partner, Juanjo spent 11 years in Corporate Finance at UBS London and Deutsche Bank Madrid where he was a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Finance team with focus on Coverage and Leveraged Finance. Juanjo has an in-depth deal experience in a broad range of industries including Telecoms, Healthcare, Real Estate, Leisure, Consumer and Industrials and products, including M&A, debt and equity financing.
Juanjo received a double master of science degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and École Centrale Paris.
Ignacio Gutiérrez, CFA
Before founding Aguila in 2009, Ignacio was a Fund Manager at Proxima Alfa Investments, worked at Vega Asset Management, where he was VP in the Structured Investments Group. Previously, Ignacio worked at Deutsche Bank in the m&a team, as a consultant at Arthur D. Little and as economic analyst at NERA (National Economic Research Associates).
Ignacio is graduated in Business Administration from St Louis University (Magna Cum Laude), holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago (2001). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
José María Rodríguez-Noval
Before joining Aguila in 2012, José María spent 20 years in different responsibilities at EBN, a local investment bank owned by several Spanish saving banks. He served as Head of Corporate Finance, in addition to being responsible for public sector relationships. Previously, José María was in charge of treasury and capital markets, where he was involved in the structuring and distribution of more than 45bn EUR of covered bonds and over 35bn EUR of securitizations. Earlier, he worked as a trader for Ahorro Corporación Financiera and as Analyst for Banco Santander.
José María holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
